Dir Kohistan
A valley located at the source of the Panjkora River in Yagistan, inhabited by a people generally referred to as the "Kohistani." The valley is bordered by Kashkar to the north, Malizai to the south, Swat Kohistan to the east, and again Malizai to the west.
There are six villages in this valley:

Patrak — Inhabited by the Rajnor, Ramnor, Shamnor, and Chartore tribes.

Barh — Located west of the Panjkora River; inhabited by the Malanor, Bati Ror, and Kenor tribes.

Brekot — Home to the Darvizor, Beiror, and Hamdior tribes.

Kalkot — Inhabited by the Dark, Buror, and Chud tribes.

Tal — Where the Miror, Silver, and Shutor tribes reside.

Lamoti — Home to the Chandor, Daknor, Pandor, Kashalor, Manjor, and Chamor tribes.

دیر کوہستان ۔
یاغستان میں پنجکوڑہ کے پانی کے نکاس کے سِرے پر واقع ایک وادی، جہاں ایک قوم آباد ہے جسے عمومی طور پر "کوہستانی" کہا جاتا ہے۔ اس وادی کی سرحدیں شمال میں کشکار، جنوب میں ملیزی، مشرق میں سوات کوہستان، اور مغرب میں بھی ملیزئی سے ملتی ہیں۔
یہاں چھ دیہات ہیں:
1. پاتراک — جہاں راجنور، رامنور، شام نور، اور چارتور ا کے لوگ آباد ہیں۔
2. بیاڑ — دریا پنجکوڑہ کے مغرب میں واقع، یہاں ملانور، باتی رور، اور کینور قبائل رہتے ہیں۔
3. بریکوٹ — یہاں درویزور، بیرور، اور حمدیور لوگ آباد ہیں۔
4. کلکوٹ — یہاں دارک، برور، اور چُد قبیلے کے لوگ رہتے ہیں۔
5. تل — جہاں میرور، سیلور، اور شُتور قبیلے کے لوگ مقیم ہیں۔
6. لاموتی — یہاں چندور، دک نور، پندور، کشالور، منجور، اور چمور قبیلے کے لوگ آباد ہیں۔۔

اگر قبائل کے ناموں میں غلطی ہو تصحیح کریں ۔
اصل میں ان قبیلوں کے نام میکگریگر کی 1873 کی رپورٹ میں درج ہیں ،ممکن ہے تلفّظ اس زمانے کے لحاظ سے کچھ دوسرا ہو ۔
